Play music for the time period between when the doors open and the meeting begins and after the meeting ends as people leave. You will also play music during voting and any other lulls in the meeting.
You can use KBOO's mobile DJ Kit if equipment is needed.

The Annual Meeting will be held at The Show Bar at Revolution Hall. The doors open at 12:30pm.
