On Monday, January 19, KBOO is partnering once again with World Arts Foundation to broadcast their annual Keep Alive the Dream MLK Tribute, "A Legacy In Motion: Moving the Dream Forward" at the Life Change Church. We are seeking a live engineer to monitor the site feed to make sure it sounds good and switch from the performers to anchors and back again. They also communicate with the airroom via Slack about any potential issues that arise.
The program runs from 11:30am to 2:30pm and is broken into two shifts: 10:30am to 1:30pm and 12:45pm to 3:30pm. You will get an overview of the flow of the show and read over the anchor binders when you arrive. the later shift is expected to help with the load out of equipment.
You can sign up for both shifts, if desired, though you may be asked to give one up if there is interest from another party.
