KBOO has been participating in First Friday Art Walks from about 5 to 9 PM at the station each month.
We would love for our membership to see a DJ, live-in-action, in the Airroom.
The On-air shift is from 8 to 10 PM on Friday, December 6th and the musical theme is singer-songwriter.
The Art Walk DJ will prepare a singer-songwriter set and additionally, during the first hour of broadcast, interview some of the local artists who will have performed/presented their work at the Art Walk earlier that day.

We can provide you with some suggested talking points and interview questions if you would like!
Please be sure to arrive by 7:40 PM to prep.
Prerequisites: FCC Legal Training, Board Operator Training,
If you are a newer on-air volunteer, we can make sure a staff member is available to support you or even co-host with you.
