The Nominating Committee advises the Board of Directors regarding nominations for Board elections and filling Board vacancies; presents nominations to the membership at the annual meeting; ensures that the provisions of Article VI, Section 5 of these bylaws regarding Board elections are carried out; analyzes regularly the attendance of Board members; consults with Board members who are not attending regularly; and makes recommendations to the Board regarding inactive members of the Board.
