The Finance Committee advises the Board of Directors regarding the corporation's finances and the management of its financial resources; ensures that the corporation maintains appropriate accounting records; receives and reviews monthly financial reports on income and expenditures; submits a proposed budget to the Board for approval; and arranges for and examines the results of an annual independent CPA review, or audit if required, of the previous year’s financial statements.
