In honor of Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, APANO and APANO CUF are excited to present: Voices of Change Celebration: Deepening Ties, Growing Power on May 20, 2023 from 5-8pm and KBOO is broadcasting live!
"Our Voices of Change annual fundraiser is a family friendly community event where we will celebrate our interconnectedness and shared strength. We come together to call on you, our community, to continue your support of our ongoing work to build power, develop leaders, and advance equity for Asians and Pacific Islanders in Oregon."
The broadcast itself runs from 5pm-7pm, though volunteers should be there from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. The airroom board operator is in communication with the site about any issues that may be happening, putting on filler music if audio cuts out, and switching from and to our regular programming. THIS IS AN IN-STATION OPPORTUNITY, not at the event site.
