Volunteers learn how to operate a live sound board. You will learn about the different audio devices and how to interact with the automation system.
Board Operating for a Public Affairs program requires additional technical knowledge than is covered in the first Board Operator Training such as: Broadcasting from Studio 2, communicating with the live host, and managing phone calls.

Pre-requisite: Introduction to Studio Production, FCC Basics
